Referral rewards

For every friend who makes their first Lucy order you'll earn $15 of Lucy credit. Your rewards will accumulate in a store credit balance. You'll get email notifications every time a friend uses your referral code. Discounts and balances may not be combined.

The coupons generated will not work in my subscription. How can I fix this?
The coupons generated are valid for new orders and subscriptions placed on the Lucy website. If you would like to apply your $15 coupon to an existing subscription, please click the box below "Generate Coupon" and we will send you a coupon code valid for existing subscriptions. Please contact us at the contact link at the top of the dashboard if you have any trouble.
How much credit do I receive for a referral?
You will receive $15 store credit for every new Lucy customer that uses your unique referral code on their order. If the new customer cancels their order or is refunded, the referral credit will be removed from your credit total.
Can I apply more than one $15 coupon to an order or subscription?
Only one coupon can be applied per order. Coupon codes can only be used one time. Please use the "created at" label in your dashboard to keep track of which coupons have already been used.
How can I see how many people I have referred?

Does my store credit expire?
Unused credit will expire after 12 months.
Do my coupons expire?
Unused coupons will expire after 12 months.
I referred someone and have not received store credit. Why is that?
Once an order is placed using a referrer's unique code, it can take up to 48 hours for the referral system to verify and approve the referral. Please confirm that the person you referred used your referral code and reach out if you believe there has been an error.
Where can I post/how can I share my referral code?
The referral program is intended to be shared directly with friends and family aged 21 and older through text/email/direct message, and cannot be posted to social media. This is not an affiliate program.

What am I allowed to say about Lucy products in my messages to friends and family?
You can describe your personal experience with the product or any marketing material included on Lucy.co but cannot describe Lucy Gum, Pouches, or Breakers as smoking cessation products.
