How does the bulk discount work? +
Every subscription order gets 10% off. Add 4 or more items in any combination of products, flavors, and strengths and you stack an extra 10% on top. If those items are Breakers, they stack an extra 15% instead. That's up to 25% off, applied automatically. No codes needed.
Will I ever be charged without warning? +
No. We email you 3 days before every renewal with one-tap options to skip or delay. Nothing ships unless you want it to.
What if my flavor sells out? +
Subscribers come first. When a flavor or strength runs low, we pause new one-time sales before we short a subscriber, so your order keeps shipping.

Subscription Terms & Conditions+
1. Enrollment. Available to U.S. customers 21+ with an active Lucy account. Not available to wholesale customers. Age is verified at purchase.
2. Discount. Subscribers receive 10% off eligible subscription items on every recurring order. Orders containing 4 or more items (any combination of products, flavors, and strengths) receive an additional 10% off; Breakers items in qualifying 4+ orders receive an additional 15% instead. Cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
3. Billing & delivery. Renews on your chosen 30-, 60-, or 90-day schedule; reminder email sent 3 days before each charge with options to skip or delay. Orders over $80 ship free; excludes expedited shipping.
4. Availability. Lucy prioritizes fulfillment of active subscriptions. Sales of specific flavors or strengths to new purchasers may be paused during low inventory; subscriber fulfillment is prioritized but not guaranteed.
5. Changes & cancellation. Swap, skip, pause, or cancel anytime from your account before your next order processes. No contracts, no minimum commitment.
6. Program changes. Lucy may modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time. Updated terms effective upon posting to lucy.co.
