Our 2mg gum is designed for those who smoke their first cigarette more than 30 minutes after waking up.

If you smoke your first cigarette within 30 minutes of waking up, use our 4 mg gum.

HOW DO I USE GUM?

Great question. Simply take a piece of Gum, chew it briefly until it begins to taste spicy (that's the nicotine), and then place it between your lip and your teeth. Most people prefer the top lip, right above their front teeth. But everyone's different, so we encourage you to experiment. If you feel the nicotine effects start to fade, you can chew again briefly to release more nicotine.
